About Me

Hi, I'm passionate about empowering you to face psychological challenges. Based on work with people from all walks of life including young people, neurodivergent and those with disabilities, I engage in a context-sensitive and non-judgmental collaboration during our sessions. Having lived and worked in 4 different countries allows a profound intercultural understanding. In my clinical practice I follow an evidence-based approach integrating Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), as well as positive psychology interventions to help building on your individual strengths. I engage and share an up to date understanding of the latest developments in psychology and its related fields. This includes my PhD research about the risks and benefits of technology and social media in day-to-day interactions with our families, couples and friends. In addition, that includes a wide range of digital resources and tools can contribute to building social, emotional and communication skills within and outside of our sessions.
